Very Assertive and impeccable services

I was at Servecorp a little over a year and was extremely pleased with my experience. Servecorp offers a great solution for a remote employee like myself. The staff is very friendly, professional, and provide a great business experience. Location of their offices are always great as well. As with previous review, beware of high termination costs. Although it may be highlighted on the contract, these termination costs are way higher than industry standards and do not make sense.

I run a consulting firm that advises public and privately held companies. I use Servcorp as a flexible professional office space in DC, with the added flexibility of national/international office use in most major cities (as needed). The staff at Servcorp have never disappointed...literally acting as a seamless extension of my organization. From organizing board rooms for meeting presentations, to setting up the logistics for getting a prized client back and forth to the airport...Servcorp has been an invaluable resource. All of this is seamless to your client, who also sees the staff as an extension of your organization (given the professionalism and level of service provided). I would highly recommend Servcorp to any organization (regardless of size), without reservation.

I have been using SERVCORP at the 12th & Midtown location for 3 months now and I love it!. SERVCORP has allowed me to operate my business more efficiently by having a central location to hold business meetings and a receptionist to professionally handle all of my business calls. Signing up for the virtual office was a very easy process and my services started immediately. The staff is very pleasant and professional, they are always there to assist in any request. The office décor is very chic and always impresses my visitors. The boardroom, day suites and lounge are always clean and ready to use. I highly recommend SERVCORP, it has been a success for me!

I have had the pleasure of being a client of the ServCorp office at 12th and Midtown for a few years. My visits has always been a terrific experience. Recently, I upgraded and started the Virtual Office Services. My clients have been very pleased with the professionalism, the office environment, and most of all, "The Welcome" by Christina Jackson and Cristina DeVallescar. For these reasons and many more, I have referred clients to the location for both Address and/or Virtual Office Services.

My experience with Servcorp Sydney has been somewhat less exciting. No doubt staff is youthful and physically good looking, I just wished they were equally competent and professional. For two consecutive months (Nov-Dec 2013) I had issues with Servcorp ‘ladies’ double charging my account or not invoicing me correctly. Refunding my account took 22 days in the first instance. Correcting invoices comes with no single ‘apology for inconvenience’ or ‘please’ or ‘could you’. We did mention to Servcorp Sydney Office Manager that we would discontinue our contract upon its completion in Jun 2014 and girls obviously being on steady payroll do not mind losing business much.

Very pleased to have chosen servcorp as the virtual provider for my personal business. Servcorp provided exceptional professionalism as well as first rate quality office suites for on site business meetings. Will definitely work with them in the future!

Servcorp's uptown Dallas team at Rosewood Court is the finest executive suite management group I have ever met. They are cheerful, engaged, prompt, courteous, ever helpful, creative and diligent. They maintain a warm, professional, energetic and caring culture and go out of the way to provide outstanding service. I love working in the same office space with them and our other tenants. Frankly, I cannot say enough about the character and enthusiasm of Ashlyn, Courtney and Presley. Keep up the great work ladies!!
