The 12th & Midtown location is a beautiful office with a breathtaking view overlooking the midtown area. The staff have been very friendly and cheerful during my interactions with them, both over the phone and in person. Every question I have is addressed immediately and I am kept up to date with all matters related to the office space and my arrangement. I am very proud to have clients come to the location as I know they will receive very friendly, courteous and professional treatment from the receptionist staff. The 12th & Midtown location has been very instrumental in my ability to impress current and prospective clients.

The staff at 1717 Pennsylvania Ave. in Washington D.C. have been unfailingly helpful and professional. My partner and I have had access to Internet and land line telecommunications services, in addition to great meeting and work spaces, any time we've needed them. All in all, a first-class location and support team for our start-up consulting business.

So far, my experience with Servcorp in Downtown-Miami has been exceptional. I was about to give up on my search for a decent office space in the area due to my budget since my company is in a very early stage. The spaces to rent in the area were to expensive and the virtual offices that I saw would actually end up being more expensive after adding all the extra charges. Then, I bumped into Servcorp. They customized a package that could meet all my needs for a very low cost, which is very important when starting a company and you want to keep your overhead as low as possible. Also, the staff is amazing. Every time you go to the office you are welcomed with a big smile from them, which to me matters a lot. On top of that, their willingness to go the extra mile to solve any problem that I may have and the way they treat my clients makes me feel at ease knowing that I count with good support and my clients will always have a good impression of my company even when I am not around. Over all, I think that the concept that Servcorp offers is perfect for any company at any stage, and I plan on keep using their services as my company grows.

After 5 years, my secretary/receptionist decided to give me 1 week notice she was leaving. I panicked and put an posted an ad for a receptionist. After reviewing over 300 resumes in a 24 hour period and interviewing 6 people, I decided to check out a "virtual receptionist". I checked around and then called Servcorp at their Irvine office. I spoke to both Bow and Erika. I decided to go with them for a trial period and now, after just a little over 30 days, I cannot be happier. Both are very professional and Bow answers my calls very professionally. She screens my calls for me and if I do not want the call at that time or I am out, the call goes to my voice mail, which in turn sends me an email with a voice message attached so I can listen to the message. After their normal hours (M-F 8:30-5:30), the calls go straight to my voicemail, which Bow very professionally recorded. And the best thing of all, I am saving over $20,000 a year on not having to pay an employee. I actually spoke to my prior receptionist a few days ago and she is not happy where she is working now and looking for a new job again. I think she wanted her job back, which I would have given her had I not found Servcorp. So happy with their services!

I thoroughly enjoyed the level of detail and professionalism shown by the Servcorp team (Erika and Bow). The attention to detail as it relates to the clients needs were only surpassed by their friendly smiles. I would highly recommend their services to any company or individual looking for a serviced office solution.

When I was searching for a virtual space, I compared many companies. Servcorp stood out from the others. It was readily apparent from the moment I walked through the doors at the 12th and Midtown location that Servcorp is dedicated to first-class customer service. The professional and friendly greeting I received when I walked through the door set the bar extremely high, in fact, too high for other companies to meet. I continue to be impressed by the customer service, and I feel a sense of relief knowing that I have a capable team behind me to help me grow my business. I'm a very satisfied customer.
