Great place, nice views, friendly staff

We have used the 101 California Street office in San Francisco for over two years and Emily and Lauren are fantastic. They are efficient, friendly, work hard and enthusiastically accomplish any tasks and do them well. We strongly recommend this Servcorp office since it is the best!

We looked at a number of different providers for office space when our firm moved into Chicago. Servcorp Riverpoint Chicago was second to none. Their level of service and responsiveness when we were looking to secure space was unmatched. Now that we have officially moved in, the attentiveness and friendliness of the entire staff has continued at the highest levels. They pay close attention to every detail and our transition to their space was seamless. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience!

I had a very bad experience with Servcorp. The good reviews are because incentives is given to write them. It has shocking hidden costs they charge extra one month rent just to "refurbish" the area. I was unwilling to pay but they deduct my deposit. Also, they try to dig your monies in all aspects. ie. the secretary helping to open the door they charge $30. It was overall a very bad experience. You may go there if you have too much cash to spare.

River Point Chicago Not only does the Servcorp team make the work environment more enjoyable, but they always lend a helping hand when needed. Whenever a problem arises, they do not hesitate to help. All of them go above and beyond to ensure our office experience is the best it can be and that the office amenities are running smoothly. The small perks like the "Bar Cart Fridays" and email updates regarding building events (i.e. food trucks, lobby happy hour, pop-up events etc.) not only make a big difference in my work experience, but make our office competitive with others. I really enjoy working with a friendly, accommodating and caring team.
