The items arrived as scheduled. There was one hiccup with the size but Serta operator was very helpful and resolved the issue. Good customer service is severely underated.

Great mattress, easy ordering, competitive cost, delivery person was efficient, professional, and kind. Scheduling delivery was done online, you can pick the date but not the time frame. I would recommend giving a notification of the time range of the delivery time prior to the day off. I was notified of the time frame for delivery at 0639 am, which I did not see till too late and missed the first attempt at delivery. The 2nd time I called, waiting on hold to talk to a person, so I could ask them to put a time frame on the delivery. If I had known the first time that delivery could start as early at 6am, I would have been ready.

I had a great experience with Serta. Their service was on time, and they kept their word. The phone service was also very professional and helpful. I really appreciate their good communication and reliability. I would definitely recommend them.

Came as expected, in good condition. Opened up as expected, it wasn't quite as comfy as I hoped, but it wasn't bad either. I got the pillow top, but I have had to add a memory foam top to it.

My new mattress is pretty good as I’ve only slept on it only three nights. I’ll update my review in about three months. The RXO delivery service was excellent, the were polite, prompt, professional, and proficient.
