SertaReviews of serta.com

you were a pleasure to do business with. all our concerns were addressed and taken care of.

Our whole experience was solid. The website informative and we were able to actually go to a store to check mattrtesses out first hand!!! a HUGE help since SOOOOOO many manufacturers only do online work. Communication on status from start to finish was timely. Actual set up with delivery was as promised. The workers were professional, prompt and thorough. VERY SATISFIED and LOVE the mattress:)

The delivery men were very friendly and helpful.

After a horrible experience with Mattress direct, it was wonderful dealing with Serta. Very professional and truthful. Did everything they promised.

Bought Novaform and Casper. Killed my lower back for 90 days and had to return. This Serta Perfect Sleeper Innerspring Mattress 2023 is perfect perfect! Lower back pain went away and sleep super good! I got the plush pillow top and I am a side and back sleeper (mostly).

I’m very happy with my replacement mattress. Everything went well and appreciate how professionally it was handled.

Love my new Serta Pefect Sleeper ! It was a warranty replacement on an 8yr old Serta Perfect Sleeper that experienced a side wall failure. I want to commend Serta for standing behind their 10 yr warranty! There was no cost to me at all, it was delivered in 2 weeks, they removed the old mattress and put my new mattress on my existing foundation. I will definitely be recommending Serta to everyone I know and my next mattress will be purchased from Serta!

Great service and delivery
