SertaReviews of serta.com

The Serta product (quality and fair price) speaks for itself. I only wish it hadn't taken nearly 2 weeks to receive it.

The package took quite a while to get to me. I had forgotten I even ordered it. However, the quality & price was superb. I'm upset they didn't have it in queen size. Really great deal

I was warranting my mattress it took a little while but I got it done. Got it delivered but it seems Serta pillow top mattresses have a thing about dipping. I’ve had this one a few weeks and it’s dipping already.

Everything was great until my old mattress had to be removed. Though in the very fine print it states if there is a stain, they will not remove it. 1. It should be in bolder and larger print. 2. There should be a system of sending a bag or reusing the bag that the new mattress comes in, to put over the old one and send it away. It cost me more money and time to find someone to haul it away. Other than that, it was a good, not great, expenerince and lesson I've learned.

My order was a little slow to arrive and communication about my order status was not the best. But my Serta sheep plushie was worth the wait, she is so cuddly and adorable!

They sent a new mattress do to the warranty. The process for the warranty was not that diffacult. The delivery people were excellent. The only problem I have is the mattress we had was no longer available and the one we received is really hard. The mattress we had was a pillow top and this one is not. May have to buy a new mattress.

Ordered sheet set and a mattress, sheets arrived within days; however, mattress arrived the following week. Pillows are fluffy and the sheets are faux silky soft. It’s amazing how compact the mattress was, made it easier to carry upstairs. Got the medium one and it’s perfect for my grand daughter. I would go with a firmer one if it was for me.

The website selection is limited and I find that certain stores are selling a Sara brand that isn’t even sold on the sara.com website. Interestingly enough I was able to get to mattresses. I scheduled a delivery with an AI bought, which was a cool experience. The delivery team arrived within the delivery window and were courteous and so helpful to get my mattresses to where I wanted them to be a lot of companies charge you extra to take the mattresses into your home and my delivery crew was able to get it done quickly as directed. The mattresses themselves they are very big and sturdy and I feel like they will last a long time I just wish mattress brands would stop selling mattresses with a white or light colored mattress topper it’s not practical for household’s and it shows stage easier so that’s why I’m knocking off a star. I have had amazing sleep with my mattress and enjoy sleep the past few months!
