sizing was an issue, and after two returns finally third time got the size right. some credit was given to cover the multiple import fees i paid.

Great product & timely shipping. My only gripe is that the return window is only 14 days, which is tight even when there's not a pandemic going on. Make sure you get the right size! Edit: Sernes worked with me to return the item after the return window, and made the exchange process really easy for me. I couldn’t be happier with their customer service!

Absolutely disgraceful .. I ordered my trousers back on Feb 1st and as I write this it’s Feb 17 and still waiting on my package. They never shipped the first package and blamed UPS on it. Than claimed to have sent my second package “express delivery” and it’s been longer than four days so that was a lie. Let’s just hope the trousers aren’t as bad as their service. Cause I’ll probably never buy from here again.

We understand how anxious you must feel Aaron for not receiving your order yet, but there is something we want to mention: You put an order with us on February 1st which then was not processed in through the courier's system so instead of making you wait to see what had happened, we sent you a second package on the same day that you made us aware of this. Second package is being stuck in Texas winter storm and the courier had to reschedule delivery due to sever weather conditions. Hopefully weather will turn for better conditions soon and you can have your package Stay Healthy :) SERNES
