Color and material of the jeans not worth for the price I paid.

I have not receive my purchase yet, nor have I been update on its delivery status, which is strange because normally they are rather good about those.

Unfortunately the import fee you had to pay was out of our hands, Gabriel; but I believe we tried to make it up to you as best we could. Also, if anything is wrong with the pants, please contact us at [email protected] and we will try to fix it. All that being said, we hope to see you put a new order with us again. Stay Healthy :) SERNES

Sernes doesn’t sell their own products. They source their products from other brands in turkey like x-way, or score m!cha!l, attaches the Sernes tag and resells them. Which is fine because the price is pretty reasonable. But the only issue here is there isn’t a USABLE size guide. I ordered two pairs of US size 34 pants and they came as completely different sizes. I cannot order clothing from Sernes if the fit is a surprise every time.

We have size charts on almost all of our best sellers products, Li. And if you couldn't find them, you can email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with all the measurements. Hopefully you will consider shopping with us again soon. Stay Healthy :) SERNES

The slacks are nice but they sent me a defective pair. They quickly sent me a replacement pair that I picked out but that pair was the wrong size... still trying to get a replacement pair of slack I can actually wear.

Some items fit way too tight and others way to loose even though it’s the same size.
Response from SernesMay 7, 2021
We are sorry for the inconvenience, Milton; you can always return the ones that you like to exchange with other items: please contact [email protected] so we can help solve this situation. Stay Healthy :) SERNES

Great style. Quality is great. Would have been better if able to get refund instead of store credit. And the shipping cost is not 15$
Response from SernesApr 12, 2021
Thank you for the compliments on style and quality of our products, Helen. Sorry if there was any inconvenience with the store credits; but the shipping is actually 15 USD and for orders above 75 USD, it is free. Hopefully you will come back for a new order soon. Stay Healthy :) SERNES

Bought the Banksy's a while back they look and feel amazing the first couple weeks but the patches were not stitched in well at all. Super easy fix if you have fabric glue or are handy with a needle and thread. Still love the jeans but having to fix the patches every week gets a little annoying
Response from SernesMar 9, 2021
We appreciate your support, Gianni, although it seems your experience with us has not been a 100% pleasant one. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will try our best to find a solution for this situation, as Banksy is one of our best sellers and we normally dont have such problems with it Stay Healthy :) SERNES
