I've been loving Big Train Chi for years. When Amazon was out of supply, I checked out the .net and found SeriousSips. Their price was great so I quickly hit the 'purchase' button...only to realize when I received shipping confirmation that I had ordered the caffeine version instead of decaf. I called customer service and within 10 minutes I had an authorization to return the package when it arrived and I placed the correct order which was shipped the next day! I don't often find that type of service online these days!!!
