Great prices and fast shipping. Very happy with my purchase, and will be a return customer.

I am very pleased with this company. They had the product I wanted at the best price. I will buy from here again, and would absolutely recommend others give this company a try.

Excellent service, prices & shipping

I placed an order on December 22. I received no status updates on the order. By December 31 when I still hadn’t received anything, I called and left a message. I received an email back and was told that 2 of the 4 items I ordered were out of stock. I went ahead and cancelled the order. If the other 2 items were shipped at the time of order and I was made aware of the back order status, I would have been more understanding.

Order process was easy for a hard-to-find Ghirardelli item, and it shipped promptly; the price was good, but the shipping charges were a little on the high side, although it was received promptly. I will likely be a repeat customer.

This was the first time purchasing a favorite Chai tea mix from SeriousSips. They were 30% cheaper than Amazon where I previously shopped, and just as smooth an order process. I would definitely shop their site again.

Product great - shipping charges excessive. I will look at other sites in order to get reduced shipping costs.

Great product - love it but have had to cut back a bit as it contains so much sugar (I am pre-diabetic). My fav - Big Train spiced chai; my husbands fav - Big Train Hot Chocolate. Thanks Serious Sips.
