Fast shipping - packed safely

Arrives quickly and always packaged well!

Fast shipping, and great prices! This was my first time ordering, but I will be a repeat customer

Excellent prices

Love the tea. And I have already started recommending this company to others. Great shipping came early

Great experience using Serious Sips, just disappointed in the small size that came---didn't realize it was a smaller package than I'm used to. Will order again.

Prices and selection were great! But beyond that, my order was shipped during the Polar Vortex of 2019... And all of the bottles were frozen, two glass ones were shattered. I contacted Serious Sips immediately... Left a voicemail and received an email just hours later. Within a few days, they sent out two replacements bottles for the broken glass bottles. I will DEFINITELY order from Serious Sips again... Not just because of their wide selection, but also because of their prompt customer service!!

It has been exactly one month since my online order (2/2) and I still have not received my order. I made decision to not order products from overseas due to poor quality, but am unfortunately experiencing no service / no products yet.
