I waited so long for my order. When I finally called they said my order was back ordered, I got no notice of that. Rep was super nice and adjusted my order so it could ship that day....waited days again with no up date and now no refund of my adjusted items. Finally called and they said order was never completed on their end. They were nice about it but geesh what a confusion!

Excellent selection and service

Was looking for a sugar free experience with instant chai tea latte mix when I came upon David Rio Orca Spice Chai (sugar free). I took a chance and also bought a cannister of Flamingo Vanilla Decaf AND sugar free chai (both 11.9 ounces each). Super satisfied with both of them. Thanks David Rio for your creations!!!! I have loved this brand of Spiced Chai since early 2000 when I first tried it in a local coffee chop in Westlake Village, CA. Since moving to Richmond, VA in 2004, I have had more difficulty finding it, but have found it in a couple of gourmet grocery stores. Now the chai is so hard to find, even on a large, Prime website that has not been able to provide it on subscription for the past few months. Then I found SeriousSips.com and had a supply for the next month or two within a week. Thank you!
