An absolute garbage company. Their shirts are of the poorest quality imaginable. You're better off just burning your money instead of spending it here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SERENGETEE. I really wanted to like my shirts, I was so excited to get them. The designs on the site were all so cute. I wanted 6 shirts so I got a 4 pack mystery pack and a 2 pack mystery pack. Immediately after I placed the order (literally 5 minutes after) I started to worry I may get duplicate shirts. I emailed them and they told me that I might get duplicates and there was nothing they could do about it because different people did the packaging. They also told me there were no refunds or exchanges. Like this was days before it shipped. If they were a good company, they had plenty of time to check my order. When they came, I had TWO duplicates. Both shirts in the 2 pack were also in the 4 pack. And the designs I got were so dissipointing. The designs on the website are all colorful, interesting and artistic. All 4 designs I got were like simplified versions of those ones. One is literally a blue shirt that says "wild" on it. Another is a black shirt that has nothing on the front and a simple line drawing of a campfire on the back. Also, their logo is on all the shirts (unlike the ones online). Lastly, the shirts are cheap and inconsistent. Two of the shirts I got are a stiff cotton fabric (the kind that you get for free at events and get destroyed in the wash), one was massive and a really thin material, and the last one actually felt like a decent material but that was the crappy one that just said "wild" on it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Online, their shirts and designs look promising... they aren’t. I ordered a long sleeve mystery pack, and a short sleeve mystery pack. First of all, it took two weeks to ship out. I was very patient, keeping in contact with them. They explained they had shirts on back order and that they would ship out as soon as they received more inventory. LET ME TELL YOU. THESE SHIRTS ARE TRASH. The designs look like a toddler did them... none of the ones I received were advertised on the site. AND they gave me two with the same crap design. I was so so disappointed. When I reached out to voice my concerns they informed me it was final sale. They didn’t even reply when I told them how I felt about the shirts. This company is a freaking scam and I will be sure to let everyone know what I think about it.

Ordered a fall edition mystery pack from an FB targeted ad. DO NOT ORDER MYSTERY PACKS. I got an option of 4 and they were not worth the 50$. The selection makes it seem like you'll get special editions and cute ones, but they were not. They were all dull colored, ugly and a waste. I was so disappointed that I was ready to return them the second I got it, then realized the fine print that mystery packs are exempt. So basically they give you all the crappy left over shirts that they don't know what to do with anymore, and are super basic with nothing special. Don't waste your money, first and last time I order from them.

I ordered 3 shirts from this company and they were a little small so I sent them back to be exchanged for a larger size and have been completely ghosted by the company. I had my tracking on the shirts and saw that they were delivered and nothing has been sent back to me in about a moth of waiting. On their website it says it will take 2 weeks for the entire process which is very wrong. I have reached out on Facebook, Instagram, and sent them about 5 emails and am hearing nothing back. Terrible customer service. I was excited to receive my shirts, but after all this happening, I am very disappointed with this company and do not recommend ordering from them at all.

I purchased from the company based on a targeted Facebook ad. I originally purchased a mystery pack of t shirts - the designs I received were cute and they were well made, however they were a little too small. I then purchased a mystery pack of tie dye t shirts. Since the first ones were too small I sized up to a medium. The shirts I received were a completely different style, cut and quality. They felt and looked like cheap hobby store t shirts - they didn’t have a brand, they were HUGE, boxy and rough to the touch. They were also expensive - $35 for two shirts. I reached out to them via email and Facebook. Initially they responded with a weak excuse about how it’s the dye that makes the t shirts feel that way. I asked to escalate to a manager. I was told I would be contacted but they closed my ticket (I know because I received the email asking to rate their service) and I was never contacted. I reached out multiple times on email and Facebook messenger. When I tried to make a comment on a public list of theirs, I was blocked from their page. Their service is horrible and the products do not look or feel at all like what they promise. Additionally, they are one of the stores that run “half off sales” by doubling their prices and then putting them on sale. The same pack of shirts I bought was $70 and deducted 50% two weeks after I purchased. Their business practices are shady and their customer support is terrible. Take your business elsewhere.
