If I could write a review with zero stars I would. This is a terrible company sending out so many email promotional blasts, but despite reaching out many times via email to ask about my order, I have had no response. I used their website also to reach out and again nothing back. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

It’s been almost a month since I ordered, I’ve emailed 9 times for tracking info. I spent 70 dollars and have received nothing. I used to buy from them, not sure what’s happening but I just want a refund at this point. Trash service, no responses and I’ve reached out constantly. Ready to report to the better business bureau

Placed an order over a month ago and never have received my merchandise!

They are a complete scam. There is no response from customer service and I still haven’t received my items after 3 months despite multiple attempts to reach out.

Unfortunately, I only received a t-shirt from the two I had paid for. Unlike the photos on the website, the print I have received was also not shown anywhere :(. There was also no postcard or sticker included in the package. I've been trying for weeks to reach the Costumer Service, unfortunately so far without success! My 4 (!) e-mails remain unanswered. The T-shirt I received does not contain washing instructions. I assume that it was a return that was accidentally forwarded to me. I have waited over a month for my Earth Blooms Mystery Tee 2-Pack | Limited Edition and paid almost 60 Euros for the T-shirt plus shipping and customs. I am very upset!!! I will never order here again!

18Mar2022- Order Placed 01Apr2022 - Expected Delivery 17Apr2022 - Reached out to the company to check on the order status 19Apr2022 - Company Rep. confirmed was sent to fulfillment; increased order volume resulted in delays 19Jul2022 - Request order refund and cancellation 29Jul2022 - Second request for order refund and cancellation 11Aug2022 - Third request for order refund and cancellation 5 months since the original order and 3 emails unanswered to cancel the order and request a refund. Sought reimbursement through Paypal.

I ordered from this company back at the start of the year. Got it no problem, loved the item, great. So I tried ordering from them again. This time I got an email stating that my order was on its way, only I never received it. I was not given an order number or any tracking information. Three weeks after the "it's on it's way" email I haven't received any responses either on the website or to any of my emails, so I left a comment on Instagram, one of the many people doing so. I went back later and saw they'd deleted all the negative comments so I called them out on that and they blocked me.... and then sent me an ad email. I'll be disputing the charge with my bank, this place is a scam.

Last year I had a good experience with customer service. However, recently I received a package very late and it was the wrong item. They won’t respond to any of my emails and, based on other reviews, it doesn’t seem like they ever will.
