Mr. Wonsang, You are aware that the last shipment was delayed due to an error on your part. You provided us with the wrong last name, which caused customs to keep returning the product to our warehouses. However, your product was finally delivered on September 18. We would greatly appreciate it if you could update your review.

Without an order number, we cannot help you. I imagine that your product has been delivered in the meantime. If so, we would appreciate an update to your review. Thank you very much.

You purchased a 46mm case, which does not require any tools to install. just open it with the side button. We also replied to you via email. We apologize for the wait, but you were well aware of the wait since you purchased it with PRE-ORDER. If you order today, we have all 46mm in stock and it would be delivered in 4 days. I hope you are enjoying the product, thank you.
