Scary entrusting your communications with anyone, especially with all that’s going on in the world. But Sequoia Wireless are true professionals. They know how to send signals, I appreciate the coverage when I am a tad lost and need prompted instructions, which they do. My connection seems to be improving daily, this company must seriously invest in their infrastructure and staff. It’s almost magical. Their support staff seem to know exactly what to do to fix my problems. As someone with a cognitive memory condition, the extra assistance at times is GREATLY appreciated as without proper aids i cannot function at my optimal so it’s lovely to have finally found a provider who truely cares about network importance Keep up the amazing work!! 🙏❤️🌈

Awesome transition from another service! Service was excellent, Customer Care was very supportive, knowledgeable and polite!! The transfer took less than 15 minutes after all the correct information was provided and confirmations were complete.

I recently changed providers, and needed some assistance with transferring my phone number. I called after hours expecting a call back the next day. Within an hour, they returned my call, and walked me through the number transfer process, which we were able to successfully transfer my number so I could keep my number.

Set up was quick and easy. Helpful staff were there to answer all of my questions!
