Their ads online are misleading. It will say the parts are in stock, then after payment is received you will receive an email saying it is on backorder and it will have to come from one of their other warehouses. They will not give a delivery date and then when you ask for a date, they reply 7-14 days before they will have it. Still dealing with them a week later on refunding payment and not able to get refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

Ordered the part that was in stock, then I was sent an email the next day that they had to order from a regional supplier. Only one person places the needed orders to regional warehouse. I have to wait two days for the order to be placed because the person only orders parts on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Now my work is on hold due to a bad service policy. The people I talked to were professionals, but they were stuck working with a bad business plan

Great experience with Small Engine Parts Warehouse (sepw.com)! Picked up two V-belts, an air filter, and a spark plug for my 10-year-old AWD Lawn-Boy, and it’s back to full strength—pulling with all wheels engaging and no more squeaks. Shipping was fast (arrived in under a week), and the total price with shipping came in lower than Amazon—even compared to their “free shipping.” Solid parts, fair pricing, and quick delivery. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Just saying, I ordered, I received quickly all correct parts, all went well. No reason not to give them 5 stars.

It may be that others have not had positive experiences with SEPW, but that was not my experience. I needed some replacement maintenance parts (paddles, blade, skids) for a Toro Snowmaster snowblower, and they had these in stock for the best combined price/shipping I could locate. I also phoned them to ask a question and they were helpful and friendly. The parts arrived well boxed about a week later, and I couldn't ask for more. Very pleased, and based on my experience I'd recommend them and certainly purchase from them again.

Ordered a carburetor that stated it was in stock ready to ship.I had not received anything from them after 3 weeks I called them.They told me they would receive it in another 2 weeks.I really needed the part so I waited.No item or even a response from them.Here it is 2 months after I ordered the item.Filed with PayPal to get my money back.Shady company do not buy from.Customer service will lie to you to get and keep your money.

Ordered a part on their eBay store. Item was shipped in reasonable time. Tracking showed item as delivered, I checked within 30 min, however it wasn't there, nor was it in the neighbor's boxes. I waited several days to see if it would arrive. When it didn't, I contacted seller who advised me to contact shipper. I called USPS and gave them the tracking info. I never received a return call. I contacted the seller again, who advised me to go to USPS with the tracking number as they could track the package with GPS. As I don't have time to take off work & go to the PO, I appealed to eBay and was denied. I'm sure if you have a positive experience with this co it will be fine. If you have an issue, their customer service is terrible & you may end up paying for something & not receiving it like I did. They don't have any interest in solving issues. Buyer Beware!

Ordered some oil at 9pm last night . Australia post had it today on its way . Sensational . Was a little concerned for about 30 min as we all are with online orders . I cant rate more highly than 10/10
