I was hesitant to sign up and spend almost $2500.00 but the owner wrote the following. On 9/17/2024 11:04 AM, Jason Sanchez wrote: "As for the results, you can expect them to be as per your standards and nothing short of it. This is exactly why we are offering 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE to our clients for their satisfaction. If you're not happy with the results all you have to do is to simply email us and ask for your money back." On 9/17/2024 3:43 PM, Jason sanchez also wrote: I got one word for you "BASECAMP" . Everything is documented there and if for any reason if we are at fault, we compensate our clients and retain them by showing goodwill gesture on our seriousness and professionalism. I was never compensated for any of the missteps and problems nor for not getting things done as promised. As shown on their website for seoresultspro.../best-seo-services-provider/, I was supposed to get 6 Articles, 6 Blogs and 2 Press Releases EVERY MONTH and now they are rushing at almost the end of the third month (Three Months PAID IN ADVANCE) and all that has been accomplished is a tune-up and keyword research and that is only up to 45 out of 55 keywords at this point. They want to be paid for ANOTHER 3 months now! WHAT? Are they kidding? It was so bad in the beginning, that the owner (Jason) assigned a new senior project manager. I emailed Jason multiple times about the lack of performance and a refund from 12/11 – 12/18 and now he is just ignoring me. Based on what the owner wrote (above) it has to be done to MY standards and satisfaction and "nothing short of it". I am not being way out there and unrealistic; I just want what was promised and very, VERY little has been done - not even ONE month's worth, in my opinion. November 2024: it is the END of the third month when virtually all that was promised SHOULD have been done. I filed a charge-back with Citibank and they gave him THREE MONTHS to response, which he did at that last moment. The long story/short version is that they did finally agree with me and I got my money back but do you want that grief? I still do not have copies of the website changes which I SHOULD have gotten every month! I OFFERED TO PAY HIM for the files because I cannot make even one change without losing the "tune-up" and header changes that they did. I GOT NO REPLY RUN! DON'T WALK. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!

I unfortunately had a very poor experience with SEO Results Pro. Desmond was my account manager and from the beginning the communication was very poor. It was unclear what was being done, when it would be completed, and what the effects would be on our SEO and I often would have to message him multiple times to get an answer about when a certain task would be completed. After none of the monthly Content deliverables we had agreed to in the contract had been completed in the agreed upon timeframe I expressed concern about the longevity of our partnership with SEO Results Pro. It was only at this point that Desmond seemed to show real engagement. He sent me 5 service pages a week later that he suggested we implement on the website. I was confused because we had never spoken about publishing new service pages, and furthermore 3 of the 5 service pages he proposed were were for services pages that already existed on our website which would actually hurt our SEO because they would be competing with our other pages for the same keywords on Google. This, in addition to a number of other smaller issues, their developer changing URLs without doing a 301 redirect of the old page, resulting in a 404 error of the previous URL which hurts SEO and Google rankings, made it clear that our relationship was untenable. I formally requested a refund to both Desmond and Tony, the salesman with whom I initially spoke. Tony never responded. Desmond tried a number of times to convince us to stay with SEO Results Pro. I politely declined and continued to request a refund for the remaining 2 months of the contract. After the 4th time Desmond stopped responding. I have had to formally dispute the charge through my credit card company to try and recoup my losses. I would strongly advise going with a different SEO company. John

Unfortunately after getting the payment it took them almost 2 month to start working on the contract and when the second payment due they started to show response which after me disputing the payment made them not delivering at all and they never respond to me nor they wanted to arrange an online meeting other than the first one where they ask you to pay ! They are scammers unfortunately I lost a lot of valuable time
