I was hesitant to sign up and spend almost $2500.00 but the owner wrote the following. They want to be paid for ANOTHER 3 months now! WHAT? Are they kidding? It was so bad in the beginning, that the owner (Jason) assigned a new senior project manager. I emailed Jason multiple times about the lack of performance and a refund from 12/11 – 12/18 and now he is just ignoring me. I filed a charge-back with Citibank and they gave him THREE MONTHS to response, which he did at that last moment. The long story/short version is that they did finally agree with me and I got my money back but do you want that grief? I still do not have copies of the website changes which I SHOULD have gotten every month! I OFFERED TO PAY HIM for the files because I cannot make even one change without losing the "tune-up" and header changes that they did. I GOT NO REPLY RUN! DON'T WALK. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!
