Sentinel VinylReviews of sentinelvinyl.com

Do not order from sentinel vinyl. I ordered a record in December of 2002 and another in march of 2023 and have not received either. When I contact support they assure me they will come in in the next month or 2 but here were are almost 2 years after the first order and nothing. Total scam site.

I sent them $ 231 for several records, and got a scammy looking confirmation. All the items they'd listed as "in stock" were suddenly on back order, and they claimed it'd be 2 months(!) before my order would ship. I cancelled and am waiting for my refund. This company is a scam. The owner (listed as Josh Faye) has a fake Facebook page and doesn't seem to actually exist in real life. The address listed as their address shows photos of an empty storefront.

Pire boutique du Web, escroc, voleur, ne pas commander. N’ont pas les vinyles en stock, fonctionne en drop shipping en espérant que les labels ont les stocks. Relation client inexistante. A éviter à tout prix !

This place is a scam. They simply do not ship records. Once you cancel your order they will offer a refund on a gift card - they will never send you a record and they will never return payment. Reported to FTC as fraudulent.

Have been waiting on a record for almost a year with little communication at all. When I reach out they say wait a week to a month or so. I’ve been patient but this is ridiculous! If you don’t have the record then don’t advertise you have it in stock and string people along for profit.

Sentinel vinyl. I order a Mac miller KIDS album back in Nov 2023 as a gift for my wife. It says that it may take 8-12 weeks but I thought it was worth it so I waited. I’ve been back and forth with them on when it was going to come and they told me that there was a high probability that it will arrive in the next month or 2. It still hasn’t showed up and without my permission they canceled my order. I would give no ⭐️ if I could. Don’t order from here there’s a reason why the records are so cheap.

I’m a avid record collector and decided to splurge and buy 14 records at once for about 345 dollars which overall is a great deal! I actually received 12 within about a week or two which I was thrilled about. Got one of them that was on back order about 2 months later which was fine because I expected it, but I still haven’t received the last one. I also placed an order from them about a month after that purchase for only 3 records and haven’t received one of those. I’m irritated at the fact that they can’t give you at least an estimated time frame for when you should be expecting to receive them. Everytime I’d email and ask they would say that it’s on back order and they should get the shipment soon. The records I ordered are not hard to come by by any means so it’s just frustrating being out at this point over a hundred dollars and not hearing anything back from them. It’s hard for me to say it’s a complete scam since I did receive some of my order but after reading the other reviews it doesn’t seem that far from the realm of reality

First item I ordered said it was in stock on their website, then after I purchased it I am notified that it is actually back ordered. I wait (literally) a year and finally decide to request that a different (in stock) item be sent to me. They said that was fine. I then choose an in stock item and then await to finally receive something for my money given a year ago. It has now been a week and the item shows as still not shipped simply (order received). It seems like they are actually running a scam at this point. At 37 years old I can honestly say this is the worst buying experience I’ve had yet in all my life. Put succinctly, they appear to be thieves.
