Taking too long to receive I want to cancel this order but cannot find a way

Fue muy complicado pedir en plataforma Se ofrecían estuches, y no llegaron así, ignoro si yo no hice mi pedido bien, porque era confuso solicitar, Se me hizo muy costoso para lo que recibí Tardo en llegar

Great hat and excellent comunication of the journey from Spain.

It took a month to receive my order. I regularly order products from Finland and Norway and receieve them in less than 2 weeks. The hat is nice though.

I loved how you tracked my package and informed of its progress. The time fame was great. I did have a little difficulty learning how many items were sent. I had ordered four and the info kept saying one. It was fine when I recieved it, the order was correct and in good condition. The experience was easy.

I really like the product. initially I was overcharged for sales tax. that was corrected upon notification. otherwise delivery was ok.

I liked the product although I didn't like that I was not aware the source was Ireland. I didn't like that it took 2 days short of a month for delivery. I liked that it did finally get delivered. I didn't like that I wondered if I would ever see it. I liked that the status was updated regularly and easy to see. I didn't like how long the product remained in each location.

Ist sehr schön aber auch sehr klein. Die Bienen werden sich bestimmt freuen!
