Fantastic communication, updates every time there was a change to my order.

They ruined my birthday surprise for my son's 50th birthday. It's been well over a month; it's still not delivered. I've asked for a refund; they refused. Do yourself a favor: buy locally. I'm so upset. I'm a pensioner with very little money. They really don't care.

Kind of like the hat. it is very light weight and may be good for an upcoming trip. I like the stark white. Simple and plain with no logos. Quality feels a little less than - stitching and elastic on the back. For the price I thought it would be better quality. We will see over time how it holds up.

I would give a NEGATIVE 100% if possible. this is an over priced site taking items off of TEMU and selling them at a 600% markup. False descriptions and almost 2 months to receive item that was not even advertised! refuse to refund! the item is bought was advertised as pliers they sent a 6 inch crowbar that cost mabey .10cents to make so I'm out 27$ please save your money do not buy a single thing from these crooks that are out of Canada. go strait to temu and save your time, money and get customer service if needed!
