ordered bras, they arrived but the wrong size. I paid $65 and they offered me $2USD and I could keep them. DISGUSTING non service. Don't order from them they are scammers !!!!!

Terrible company! I bought 4 mascaras from them and they smelled terrible (very chemical). I tried to return the unopened ones but they tried to offer me a small amount of money as compensation as they claimed that shipping back to China would cost me much more. When I insisted on shipping it back and asked for return shipping they stopped answering my emails. And I still had to pay about 40$ through Klarna for the products…

These are the worse company/people to deal with. I had been waiting for my items which I had purchased about 3 months back and still have not received. I raised a n enquiry with Sent dream’s company but to no avail. Initially after correspondence I was informed that my item was sent back to the company then later informed they couldn’t refund me after all the excuses. My no. is 8314501823146430575

Scammed, with earbud translation said it was delivered, but I never received the package. I’ve read other reviews and they all are the same. These people are definitely a scam.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star!! I have been fighting these people for 5 months just to get my item. My first tracking number shows it sitting somewhere since January 1st, They have since sent me 2 more tracking numbers and just toyed with me asking if it's been delivered yet Telling me it was left on my doorstep Christmas Eve and I should ask my neighbors if they have it, 5 months later! Usps confirmed the tracking number they sent is bogus and they still refuse to reship or refund me!!! I believe this shipper is 100% fraudulent.. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!

They are crooks rip offs liars. The worse of scams. Receive receipt for correct purchase amount but they billed my paypal account a higher amount. Unable to download original receipt as once it's opened the summary sent to paypal is what shows so cannot prove to paypal what they lead me to believe was the amount I would be billed

Ordered a 6 dragon egg pack as advertised for Easter gifts and only received one. They offered fast delivery but it was received AFTER Easter making it impossible to give as gifts. Contacted their help center and they never admitted their mistake but offered 1 USD as compensation. Dont use them ever as this group is a scam.

Sold or provided my email to at least one other company (I have a way of tracking if a particular address I’ve used for one company is later used by a different company.
