Product arrived within 3 weeks. Prodict nothing like the advert sadly as materials cheap and plastic and the frames do absolutely nothing. My fault for believing in it. Anyway I gave them the benefit of the doubt and requested a return address and full refund of 25€ ....a 2$ 'goodwill gesture' offered! Uh no. Anyway, as expected, ghosted so now I am warning u all.

Complete and total scammers! Do not buy anything from them as no matter what, they will never reimburse you.

I would happily give a negative star review if possible. This company is a scam - 10 weeks since my initial order and no product supplied. Customer support offers no help at all - just a repeat email that the product is on its way. I have requested a refund but again no reply. I will be reporting them to the BBB and the ACCC. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

The quality of the item is unacceptable. I wanted to return it, which is my legal right. Unfortunately, customer service has been shockingly uncooperative and has refused to process the return and refund. This violates not only the company’s own return policy but also European consumer protection law.

30+ emails and no help at all, still waiting for them to reply to receive refund. Looks like a scam.

this company are nothing but liers and scammers. they take your order and never deliver anything. I have an order for 6 weeks and no delivery on lies and mis direction. it's a good thing I have protection on my accounts or else they would be stealing as a next move. just stay away!

Scammed. I brought the 3D octopus bottle. From what I ordered to what I received was completely different. It was a birthday present but now it is junk. Holds about 200 mil not 750 ml as the bottle promised. Completely different colour shape. Just scammers. How do they get away with this stuff? We need to do something about this...
