Saw a bluetooth speaker wireless charger I ordered as a gift. They were offering a code for a great deal. Placed the order, no place to enter code. Got charged way more, including shipping. With in 5 mins I emailed a cancellation request. Sent 2 requests a day for a week, without a response. Only shipping updates. Their policy is you can cancel for free as long as the order haven't been prepared to ship. I requested cancellation immediately after placing the order, less than 5 mins, they ignored it. But they started sending order confirmations 3-4 days later. Over a week later when they acknowledged my request, their response was please wait and get the item to see how much you like it before deciding if you keep it. No, no, no!!! This is a prime example of one reason i use PayPal just in case some stupid stuff like this. I have never had a vendor say anything like this to me. Its Dec 27th and it still haven't arrived.

This company hid the tax until I saw it on PayPal. The tax was not part of the invoice. They are cheating on taxes charging over the rate, making me pay $7.00 tax for a $20.00 item. Wrong. Bad business. Update: Whether a software glitch, or not, I don't know. However, once they found out, they quickly sent me a PayPal $7.00 refund. We all have to have more compassion and help our fellow people.

Scam. Charged more than my receipt and then when they refunded me, without my asking for a refund, they shorted me $20.

I ordered a pair of AI ear buds, when they arrived, in the box was a QR code to activate them. When I scanned the code, it said that the download was harmful. I contacted sentdream, they only wanted to refund me $2 of a purchase over $50...I am now having to dispute charges with my credit card company...do not purchase from this company...they have no standard return policy.

Scam ! Robbery ! They take your money and lie about processing the order that is never processed !

Extracts from their Customer Service Team replies: "We have asked the carrier to expedite the transportation speed. But sometimes logistics would have delay." "Your parcel is in transit in the exporting country now, so we can't confirm which carrier in your country will process it." "The freight forwarder confirms that your order is still in transit. The system has not updated the latest shipping information. We have urged them to update it. If we receive an update on your logistics, we will give you feedback." The item was ordered and paid on 30th of October and I they did not even reveal who is to local forwarder for delivery to Estonia.

SCAMMERS!! Stole my card information and charged me 5 times. Before my card needed 2step verification and since they couldn’t prove it my card was blocked for more future charges. I’m pissed!!
