Bill is just a middleman who puts you in contact with a real agency and then disappears. He was friendly and informative in the intro call we had, but that isn't worth $6k dollars. After that, he was completely unhelpful - it would take days to get responses to time-sensitive questions, when the agency we were working with went radio-silent, he did literally nothing. There were various times we tried to reach out to him for help and he never did anything for us. Just connect with an agency directly and save yourself thousands of dollars.

**For the record, there is no net cost for our service.** Our fee is fully covered by our local partners, either by discounts or direct purchase. (Local vendors recognize the value that we bring in managing these journeys, and they reduce their fees to cover our efforts.)
That said, I'm sorry you had a poor experience. I hope the baby was born happy and healthy.

Stay away from him
Stay away from him. Unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy. Better go with a reputable agency with better care and support.

We take great pride in our personal approach to all our client journeys... But we have no record of your email or user name in our system, nor any complaints similar to the one you posted.
• We requested TrustPilot follow up on your review, but because you refused to offer any details about your experience, we have to assume this is not an honest review.
• Of course if you had an actual poor experience working with us, we welcome your feedback and the chance to correct any problem. Please contact us directly so we can chat.

I don't know how to feel.
Since the very first start, Bill was receptive, communicative, interested in helping, hardworking... he showed me and my husband an example of really hard work.
Untill we paid.
The only thing that comes close to this is an Actor, literally.
From the hardworking, fast-responding, interested, intelligent, nice Bill, to a F****ng as***le.
Left us on seen for days. Call him, no response. Call him again, no response.
Alrighty... he might be busy..-
Two days went by. Call again, as much times as needed for him to respond.
He replies!! Bill:-...What do you want?
I'm speechless. First of all, that's no manner of treating a customer. Each time we tried to complain he interrupted us, justified himself in the rudest way, and when we bring the topic of the money that we paid with no service recieved, he literally hung up.
I really think everyday that I should've recorded the call, because not long after he acted like nothing happend.
Really feel like this man is a straight up psycopath.
I really want to see what's his response, what kind of gaslighting will he use, i'm just prepared and mentalized to read every type of lies.
I'm not even the type of guy that makes reviews but this situation was just unincredible, i'm still processing that everything that's happend is even real. Just surrealist.
Might aswell let you know that there's a Lawsuit on the way Bill, I'm doing as much as I can to take you out of this business FOR EVER, because you deserve it.

I'm sorry, I don't have any record of you in our client database, nor any bank records, nor do any of our local partners have any record. I know you refused to provide details to Trustpilot about your experience, But if this is a genuine experience, please contact me at [email protected] so we can rectify the situation.
If you did pay money and received no service, then you are due a full refund. We are not in the business of printing money... we're in the business helping couples conceive their families.

UPDATE AFTER READING BILLS REPLY
Bill, it was you who explained your “services” to us during our initial consultation.
In fact, the only person we ever spoke to was you- which is why I suspect you are a one man operation which was further made obvious by the multiple weeks you went MIA and no one else was available to assist “in your absence”.
You were not “glad to provide a full refund”, you attempted to hold our money hostage by asking my husband to change his review to a false narrative, essentially asking us to lie.
Our refund was only returned to us after going to the BBB and reporting fraud to our credit card company and proving that you did not provide services and refused to respond further after we refused to lie in a review.
1) It is not common practice for a DOCTOR to clearly photoshop their face over someone else’s body in an obvious manner. It is one of you Mexico clinics you suggested.
2) I did speak with a US attorney with direct experience in ART and international law, which is why she was able to share her experience with her clients with us. She is based in Burbank, California and as I hope you would know, since you claim to be a surrogacy expert in the field- Los Angeles is a huge hub in international reproduction. I have worked in IVF clinics and am a nurse, so I am very familiar with these facts.
3) You NEVER disclosed your location to us. No one looked for your home address, and by what it cost us- was the $6000 charge we had to fight to get back once we realized your operation was not what it claimed to be, with poor customer service, especially in response times that took over two weeks at a VERY critical time during our then journey because of the initial clinics refusal to use a very viable embryo.
Additionally, the whole point of THIS fact is that you claim everywhere online that you are located in Las Vegas, NV. That still holds true on your website and ANY place online looking for your “business location”. Pretending to be in the USA and really being located in SPAIN, is obvious fraud- and if you or anyone reading this doesn’t think so… RED FLAG.
4) You do not prefer CC payments. As you know, we accidentally were made aware that another couple used your service and they claimed the same thing we encountered- “OH YES, WE TAKE CREDIT CARDS”!! ---- OH NO, OUR CREDIT CARD INTAKE ISN’T WORKING!!! PLEASE SEND A WIRE. Once is a misfortune, twice is not a coincidence- especially almost years apart.
5) Yes, again- a middleman who directs people to your friends that you had your children with- and charge them $6000 for an introduction. SCAM.
6) You need to update your knowledge on a US surrogacy journey, because that is in NO WAY the cost of an agency in Nevada. We had matches in Nevada and in Los Angeles and neither of those spans are what we were charged or quoted, especially not in Nevada. Closer to LA, but still FAR over what we paid in Los Angeles.
So, thank you for clarifying, and allowing me to write a book in response to correct the word games that you love to play to make yourself appear righteous.
Whether we were a one-off and you have never had these issues with other families, or not- You did us wrong, and it looks better and more professional for you to admit it, than it is to continue to flip things around to make yourself look good.
Be a man- apologize, own up to it, and promise to do better in the future. Anyone willing to pay you $6000 for an intro, deserves that.
Also worth noting, when I logged into my Trust Pilot account to respond to you, I was met with this warning about Sensible:
This company has been displaying Trustpilot content incorrectly.
This could look like showing an inaccurate star rating in sales materials, displaying reviews they’re not permitted to use on their site, and more.
PSA prospective parents- If anything goes wrong in your journey with Bill, this is what you can expect, long pages of attempting to justify his stance, with zero action and no accountability.

Again... I'm sorry that you feel disappointed with our service. But I'm glad we were able to refund the fee. I only wish you would have actually started the program with us, and you would have had the same helpful experiences that benefited our many other clients.

Fraud alert
He put us in touch with a surrogacy company in Colombia, but when that surrogacy refused to attempt implantation of one of my wife’s genetically normal but low quality embryos, we asked to be set up with another clinic. At that point he stopped responding to emails and did not return phone calls. There were issues along the way that seemed scammy. Despite displaying credit card logos on his emails, he asked us to wire funds to his account. He claimed his POS was not working. We discovered he had other people do this as well. He was able to provide credit card services eventually once we pressed him that we simply didn’t have time to walk into a branch office nor were we comfortable sending money without insurance. After weeks of no responses, and an unfulfilled contract, we reported to Better Business Bureau for investigation.

I'm so sorry that after working together for many months you would have such a poor opinion. I'm happy to continue working with you on an International program (in any country) or in the United States. That said, I believe the claims you made in your review are sadly untrue.
We started working on your program in July 20223. On March 17, 2024, we learned that the Conceptum clinic would not accept the 1BC embryo, and you asked about other options. Within three days I had spoken to the director of a Mexico clinic and persuaded them to accept the non-viable embryo.
A week later I had also found an additional clinic in Buenos Aires and met with the program director to ensure they would accept your case. I also confirmed a replacement clinic in Bogota that would accept your case.
I did that work on your behalf during Easter holiday, while I was traveling with my own children.
The claim that I stopped responding to email after you requested other clinic options is untrue and unkind. I strongly advocated on your behalf directly with the clinic director and the director of the Colombia vendor. When they concluded the 1BC embryo was not viable, I immediately found alternatives for you. I even spent time away from my family during Easter to confirm additional options for you.
I never "stopped responding to emails" and there were never "weeks of no responses". As a reminder, here is a record of our email exchanges:
March 17, we wrote: "After speaking at length with the clinical team in Bogota, they are insistent that the 1BC is not viable and they don't want to accept it to the clinic."
• You replied: "We do not want to utilize them if that is their stance. What are our other options?"
March 19, we wrote: "There is an available program in Mexico... We can check with the clinic if they will adhere strictly to this policy."
• You replied: "Yes that is a wonderful update to receive! I'm glad to learn we still have options"
March 20, we wrote: "I have confirmed with the clinic in Mexico, and they will accept all three embryos and transfer the 1BC embryo per your wishes."
• You replied: "Excellent, we will review this and get back to you ASAP."
NOTE: March 24 through March 31 was Easter Holiday
April 2, we wrote: "I have confirmed with an Argentina clinic that will also follow your wishes regarding the embryo.... There is also a second clinic in Colombia. I spoke with the director of that program and he has agreed to accept the embryo as well."
April 5, we wrote: "I wanted to follow up on the alternative surrogacy destinations that I mentioned, and if any of them interest you. I've spoken to each of these clinics and explained your wishes regarding the 1BC embryo. They have all agreed to transfer all three embryos in the order that you have suggested."
As you can see, there was ongoing communication and a lot of work being done for you after you requested other options. (Not to mention the months of work I did before the clinic reached it's position.)
As for your complaint about the Credit Card payments... I apologize that our credit card POV was offline for three days that month. But I'm glad you were able to make that payment once it as back online.

My wife and I feel deeply disappointed…
My wife and I feel deeply disappointed with this surrogacy agency. Nothing was clear from the beginning. They asked us for certain specific documents and they gave us a closed price. When we submitted the documents. Bill, who is in charge of this one-man business, said that since he found out that I had a disability, he was reluctant to accept us in the program. According to doctors, my disability is completely compatible with parenthood and my wife has no disability at all. We felt discriminated and mistreated. Respect and dignity is not a word in Sensible surrogacy's dictionary. This one-man surrogacy business might look cheaper than other options but I think it is worthy to try with other a bit more expensive agencies and get all the respect that as a customer we deserve.

I'm sorry to read your comments, and I want to reiterate that we'll happily accept you into our surrogacy program.
I also want to THANK YOU for this opportunity to explain SENSIBLE's ethics policy. We're very aware of the ethical issues related to gestational surrogacy, and we take a conservative approach to ensuring the well-being of the children we help conceive. We take our responsibility very seriously.
We trust parents to make the right choices regarding their families, but we also ask that they inform themselves of possible risks before starting a surrogacy journey.
In cases where the parents have disclosed a potentially life-threatening genetic condition, we ask that they consult with their doctor to understand their risks (and to help us understand the risks as well). Once a client has consulted with a doctor, we assume they are making an informed decision; and they're free to join the program.
I'll admit that some possible clients may find our caution to be unnecessary (and in many cases it might be). But at the very least, we believe that couples who disclose a potentially life-threatening condition should inform themselves before starting a surrogacy program. We don't believe this is discriminatory, because SENSIBLE accepts all couples into the program if they've taken the basic steps to understand the impact of their decision on their future children.
In the end, the parents have the right to decide whether to conceive a family. As the facilitator of that choice, we only ask that they take the time to consult with their personal doctor before making a decision that will dramatically impact the life of a child.
