First off you overcharge me, i called you on it via email. You refunded the overcharge, thank you. However, you sent me the wrong wallet in the wrong color. Then, you insult me, offering me$3 to keep the crap that I did not order. I declined... You insult me again and offered me $6 to keep the crap that I did not order. I demanded a full refund and offered to send your wallet back. You failed to respond, i told you I was going to dispute the charges via paypal and my credit card company. As to which I did. I will get my money back from you Tunnel rats...You are thieves. You are on the BBB Scam Alert. Apparently, you have ripped off a whole bunch of other people. Shame the Devil, do the right thing !

I have never received the product. I tried to check the order through tracking and no results. Peggy Richards I saw many texts as it was moving through customs and then nothing. I’d ask that you please look into this and either resend, locate or refund. Thank you

I am very disappointed in my purchase. I was expecting g 100% organic castor oil and received a product that way way less than 100% castor oil and it says so right on the back of the bottle. It should say 80% glycerin, 20% castor oil.

Great quality product, as represented in the ad. I actually thought my order didn't go through as I didn't receive a confirmation email, so I was pleasantly surprised that the order had gone through, as it arrived just yesterday.

The delivery service was fine. When I opened the package and discovered that the castor oil was watered down, the rollerball was not rose quartz and it was scented. I was very diappointed and felt like I had been had. This product from China with a plastic rollerball and diluted product? It was a scam and I should've known better - will not recommend to any one.
