I ordered Xmas gift card books from…
I ordered Xmas gift card books from these scammers on Facebook. First they double charged me thinking I would not compare my invoices to my bank account. Then after months of bullshit I never received my product or refund. Now they tell me my package cannot be retrieved by them and they will reorder for me for an additional fee or refund me part of my payment because they took a loss. Do not ever purchase from them. I’m warning all of you this is a scam!!!!

Tried to cancel order 10 minutes after…scam and scalping check Walmart first
Tried to cancel order 10 minutes after placing. Store refused to cancel. I let them know they're selling the item that's 12 dollars at Walmart for 60..... so this store is a rip off and scamming people. Look elsewhere all this store is doing is "scalping" people I did and you didn't help, you instead emailed me for weeks now explaining how you can't stop it from shipping but today I got notice it shipped from Sweden, weeks after trying to cancel the order so go gaslight someone else. You're scammers and scalpers PERIOD

Scam!
I bought an item from this company. When it showed to be delivered, it wasn't. They gave me two different tracking numbers and told me to check with the post office, but neither tracking number was legitimate. They said it wasn't their problem until I asked for my money back unless I got a real tracking number, now they're 'looking into it' instead of refunding me. Scam!

An absolute scam of a company
An absolute scam of a company. I ordered 3 organic castor oils with rose quartz roller balls and they were straight up plastic. I even drilled a hole in the roller ball to prove it and they originally offered a $4 refund on a $45+ shipping order. Then then came up a whopping $3 to a final best offer of $7. After going back and forth with full proof, i review their policies; Terms of Service and Refund policy and wow. They are INTENDING to be a fictitious scam of a “business”. Dont waste your money or time. Let me be abundantly clear since the company’s response indicates I wasn't: i contacted support requesting a full refund and was denied. I was offered $3USD, then $7, then $11, then $13. I screenshotted their own refund policy (which is clearly vague for a reason). Their terms of service document is even worse in level of clarity. I have tried to eve dispute this charge with my bank and realized i was charged more than just the $45 i see on my receipt but was also denied remediation with them since my receipts don't match.

First off you overcharge me
First off you overcharge me, i called you on it via email. You refunded the overcharge, thank you. However, you sent me the wrong wallet in the wrong color. Then, you insult me, offering me$3 to keep the crap that I did not order. I declined... You insult me again and offered me $6 to keep the crap that I did not order. I demanded a full refund and offered to send your wallet back. You failed to respond, i told you I was going to dispute the charges via paypal and my credit card company. As to which I did. I will get my money back from you Tunnel rats...You are thieves. You are on the BBB Scam Alert. Apparently, you have ripped off a whole bunch of other people. Shame the Devil, do the right thing !
