My wife and I purchased tickets to see the Nashville Predators play and it was a great experience. No issues at all. We will use them again.

Extremely easy getting the tickets
Extremely easy getting the tickets, but would have liked to know that they were obstructed view seats.

I purchased my tickets online expected to get them via mail. I never got them received an email 1 day before the vent to tell me the tickets had been sent to a local fedex and needed to be picked up. Needless to mention the Fedex location was across town from me. veey dissatisfied with their customer service poor communication .

Brenda, FedEx initially tried to deliver this order to the address listed on the order. It was returned to the sender. Once we were close to the event time we resent the package to the FedEx location near you so that the tickets would be accessible. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, we just wanted to make sure you could access the tickets. We would be willing to offer you $30 off your next order for your trouble. If you are interested, please let us know. Thank you, Sensational Seats
