Great buying experience even though parking pass was a little exepensive and the fees were a little outrageous but overall a decent experience

I purchased Adele tix for over $800. When I get to the door, they say the tickets are no good and someone already got in with the exact same tickets. I also found out that this happens all the time. The only way to be assured tickets bought from this site will be valid.... Well... From what I gather, there is no guarantee. Also, if this happens to you and you file a complaint with your credit card company... Well that won't work either since they say "no guarantees, no refunds" But it's Adele. I'm sure you'll still try. So best of luck!

This was a perfect transaction with the exception of the company that took over the call following my purchase. Some company wanted to offer me a rebate or discount of some kind (I am sure it would cost me or take my time up so I said no thanks). She ended up fighting with me and would not let me have the last word with me trying to make her understand I DID NOT WANT HER SERVICES. Sensational Seats was terrific and sold me really great seats, but why did they have to switch me over to that awful woman who was arguing with me?

Spur of the moment to buy tickets for Family to the Giants-Pirates baseball game and got Great seats for a Great price

The fees & costs for purchase of any event ticket should be displayed or communicated BEFORE you fill in all information and are checking out. The service fee was 25% of ticket price additionally added (plus a fee for emailing ticket itself ???) Would have re-considered the transaction if I knew fees were $80 on a $284 ticket!!

I havent had experience yet just finding seats to the game was easy and went fine but havent went to the game yet. Printed tickets that was good just have to wait to review after the game
