Golden 1 is too small for monster jam. The tickets were for sears that were too obstructed

Unexcusable
Tickets didn't scan, wasn't let in until the 2nd half. Bought "tix" that weren't actually tix. Didn't even get a refund!

Randall, Thank you for your order. Club passes generally do not gain a customer entry to the event and that is what was purchased - the tickets were labeled as FIELDS CLUB VIP PASS row 1 and did not indicate that it was a game ticket. Randall told us they assumed it was an event ticket because of the price and did not take in to consideration that it was only labeled as a Fields Club VIP Pass. We have decided to go ahead and still refund you 200%. Thank you, Sensational Seats

Did not receive Correct Tickets
Sensational Seats did not provide the correct seats to the event I ordered on line. Also, they do not provide the tickets themselves, they run it through a third and forth party each called Best Time Entertainment and then My Ticket Tracker. In this way they have it complex enough that a person just wants to give up and not try for a refund when anything goes wrong. In addition, once you do complain about a problem like this and you explain that you received the wrong tickets they will claim that it may have been the web site in which you are now dealing with another company called Ticket Network. They did absolutely nothing to help in offering a refund or in offering a credit to me.

new to the site otherwise was easy to use
some information on how tickets would be acquired after purchase was confusing but great alternative to some of the other 3rd party vendors.

Not Bad
Good Site with good Prices, BUTTTTT the fees didn't show up to the VERY VERY end, so I was teased with a good price and then the fees were added.
