SensationalSeats.comReviews of sensationalseats.com

It worked! I had a crazy experience going into Radiohead show, I was short two tickets with only an hour before showtime at a VERY sold out show. I was skeptical at first but I found two tickets on Sensational Seats. I usually use other ticket agencies....but noone else had a pair left so debated then bought them. While I walked around the venue looking for tickets, I got a text from the ticket owners and they gave me instructions on how to pick up the Gift card at a local 24/7 Fed Ex store. I was able to walk to gain entry and the tickets to Radiohead. It worked! I'd buy from them again for sure...

Good seats and reliable tickets and source! Easy to buy and download

I spent 2-3 hours looking for tickets-Theyhad the Best. The seats were amazing and they beat everyone (including individuals on Craig's list) prices!!! Will use again

kind of a rip off...25% of the cost was fees....I was charged $7.95 for delivery...they were emailed...really

We bought NHL tickets, got to the game and the tickets said in use. Took 40 MINUTES to get ahold of sensational seats and by this time the game is in second intermission and they said they have no more tickets available to get us in the game and refund would take 3-5 days. This was the last game at the Joe and we were extremely disappointed with this ticket service

And have been easier picked my seats to a Rockies game they sent it to my email and my Son and I had a great time at the game Thanks again Joel

Amazing how you can be on their website and they show price for the tickets which were reasonable and then when you select the button to purchase and a $45.36 fee per ticket shows up int he bottom right hand corner. They said this fee is on the bottom right hand side of the screen, sorry but I did not see it. Robert the customer service manager was rude and really did not care to talk to me. Unfortunately, they won't cancel my order. I would recommend anyone reading this and thinking about placing an order with Sensational Seats to rethink and spend your money elsewhere. TC

Got my tickets today love the great customer service
