I used this service twice in one week. I received the correct tickets at a great price and was able to download them instantly!

First of all, there is no clear way to download your tickets. You will receive an email that includes a pin number to log in to your account. What you will not find in the email is a link to where you should log in. You will then spend a decent amount of time scouring Sensationalseats.com looking for a login tab, but you will not find one. As a last resort, you will call customer service and you will wait 10-15 minutes for a representative . If you are connected to the same customer service agent as I was, you will be sent on a wild goose chase looking through the multiple emails that Sensational Seats has sent you regarding your order for a link to login. When you finally give up and abandon your search, the customer service agent will then decide that the seller of the tickets has sent the tickets directly to you. If you dispute that claim, the customer service agent will become agitated with you and begin to talk over you. If you continue to speak, you will then be warned to remain quiet or you will be hung up on. They will make good on this threat. If you utter one more word, the customer agent disconnects the call. What will you do then? You will call back and wait another 10-15 mins on hold. If you are lucky as I was, you will be connected to a customer service agent that is patient and has a clear understanding of how the ticket purchase process works at Sensational Seats. They will then verbally reveal the secret web address that will allow you to log in and download your tickets. The customer service agent will not know why the process is so difficult and unclear. You will print your tickets immediately as you will not be confident that you will have another opportunity to do so. You will then vow to never purchase tickets through Sensational Tickets again, just as I have.

If all ordering channels could be this easy, life would be better for everyone! Awesome service from requisition to delivery!!!
