These two ladies were extremely professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable of the reverse mortgage process. It was such a pleasure working with them both. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reverse mortgage. they work so hard with you, keep you constantly updated and involved. not only do they work so hard....the people I worked with...Michelle, Kacey, and Laura are warm, friendly , so knowledgeable, and they make you feel relaxed and comfortable.

I am not one to write a review but in this case I had to, working with Jeff Baily at reverse mortgage was one of the most pleasant experiences I had working with anyone, Jeff was so pleasant to work with, I looked at a few reverse mortgages companies, but this company was the best one, there are not enough words to say how wonderful it was working with jeff, anyone out there looking to do a reverse mortgage this is the company, I am very happy with the way everything went. they are the BEST.
