VERY BAD experience with a DOA server's HDD we had to return. It took 15 days of almost (not)communication via email with no help to fix the problem. Last 2 days they just ignored my requests and emails so I had to raise the claim to higher levels, directly Dell.com, and then (suddenly) they moved a bit and organized the UPS to pick it up. Shame on you, Senetic. Very slow shipping of server, took almost 15 days from Poland to Croatia.

Ordered a electronic licensee 4 weeks ago. After a number of email back and forth with the Philippines, they have still not figured out how to fulfil the order. They claim to be a Microsoft Gold partner, but they are not listed as one in the US.
