just tried to buy some Ethereum, I put all correct info in, it sent a 6 digit code to my phone and then wanted a 6 digit code from bank statement. I logged into my bank account and didn't see any code, so I called my bank and they had the number, by the time I went to input number the authorization canceled out..... Now I have no Ethereum and I am out 523.79 CA dollars. Please fix this My bank statement only looked like this. Aug 24, 2020 WYRE-BUY-1 523.79_V Just called my bank to dispute it, which is going to take 55 days and I will hopefully get refunded..... There is no absolute way to contact sendwyre, there phones lines are dead, email support hasnt responded..... As my first time using metamask and sendwyre for crypto buying, Id give them MINUS 10 stars, horrible experience

I have tried to buy some crypto but order go on failed. I have tried to contact them but no answer. Money has been taken from my bank account. Really not recommended.

I paid it says transaction failed and i was charged but never received product or refund. I sent 2 emails and none have answered me.

Stay away from these scam artists! These people just eff you around forever & trying to get ahold of them is a nightmare. Thank God my bank refused to transfer money to them! But now I'm pis*ed they've got all my personal info! DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS & GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFO!!
