If you placed a purchase through your debit/credit card, this should deliver instantly but can take a few hours if there's high blockchain traffic. If you purchased through your bank account, these transactions can take up to 5 business days to be delivered. The processing around Wyre's wallet orders are near-instant, but during times of high blockchain network volume you may see delays of up to a few hours until your transaction is picked up by the network and receives confirmations. If you purchased through your bank account, these transactions can take up to 5 business days to be delivered. This is because ACH transfers use the traditional banking system, so instant transfers are not an option. Wyre is a payment processor and we process the payments for purchases made within our wallet partners like MetaMask, Transak, BRD, Celsius, Gem, BitPay, Exodus, OpenSea, Maker, and OpenNode. While we process transactions that occur through our wallet partners, we don't have any control of the wallet. If you possibly created a purchase for a book using your wallet, you may need to reach out to the company that you created that purchase with.
