Missing Transaction
Still have not received my AVAX after half an hour even though you advertise 5 minute transactions. Waste of a fee.

The processing around Wyre's wallet orders are near-instant, but during times of high blockchain network volume you may see delays of up to a few hours until your transaction is picked up by the network and receives confirmations. The only issue I had using Sendwyre was…
The only issue I had using Sendwyre was the approval code from my bank. The picture you show in your example where to find the authorization code does not match with my bank, so I kept putting in the wrong code and my bank flagged the transaction as fraud.

Sent $1000 +$50 fees
Sent $1000 +$50 fees. Only $950 worth of ETH arrived in wallet. No transparency as to where the other hidden charges are taken from. No customer support to ask about transaction. Wont use again

From what you've explained here it seems like these fees would be the network fees. During times of high network activity there can be unusually large network fees associated with cryptocurrency transfers. These mining fees are not set by or paid to Wyre or our wallet partners though we do apologize for any confusion in the messaging prior to initiating your buy.
