I have not received my ETH when buying from WYRE No email confirmation, money debited from my debit card YET no metamask confirmation and checked on etherscan 0 ETH has been moved to my account. ANY HELP? I have contacted support like 3 times now STILL NOTHING. Paying fees and using this wyre for this problem? If i could give 0 stars I would, why would metamask have Wyre as an option to buy crypto with this problem.

The purchase could have failed and you may be seeing a pending charge that should return back to you. If you placed a card purchase these are typically instant but due to network delays could take a couple of hours at times. If an ACH purchase was placed these can take up to 5 business days to deliver, this is because ACH relys on the banking system. We're more than happy to look into this for you. WYRE support SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT USE THEM! I didn’t even use them and a scam company used my details to deduct US$250 from my account via WYRE. WYRE refuses to refund my money and have provided NO PROOF that I initiated the transaction. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.. they do not care about who they deal with and have a VERY HIGH LIST OF SCAM WEBSITES THAT THEY ALLOW TO USE THEIR SERVICES. They should be shut down immediately and the Feds should be involved in their continual fraud related and money laundering transactions taking money from innocent victims. Disgusting company!! They allowed a company called GTLOT to withdraw money from my credit card and have flat out REFUSED to refund this amount and chase it up with the SCAM company to get their funds back.. they know exactly what they are doing and allowing to happen. DO NOT GIVE ANY DETAILS TO THIS COMPANY.. They will continue to deduct amounts without you even knowing. If you have been unfortunate enough to be SCAMMED by one of their Partners in crime’ cancel your card immediately and raise a complaint with your bank straight away.. not that it did me any good as National Australia Bank obviously supports this disgraceful, unauthorized purchases too.
