Terrible- first wrote on next day saying they were unable to get to the house. Then wrote saying they would upgrade and refund same day delivery fee. Next day writes and says they have no florist to fufil the order???

The rep was very pleasant and I confirmed and even called back to confirm that the arrangements be what I order, when a picture was sent to me from the recipient the arrangements was beautiful but not! What I ordered, if you do place an order with send flowers.com please confirm that you do not have your arrangements done by "wecareforyou" FYI. Otherwise I was offered a refund of 50 percent and $10 discount on next order I will give send flowers the benefit of the debt.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a coworker whose husband had passed away. I placed the order on May 10th for delivery on May 12th. I missed the phone call on the 13th, but they sent an email saying they were unable to locate a florist to complete the order that day but clearly my confirmation email had the 12th. They went on to say the earliest delivery was May 17th. A complete week later. In the email they offered an upgrade to the flowers but I had already paid for the premium arrangement. What more can you do with it. Add insult to injury, the funeral was on the 15th. When I called on the 13th, I spoke with a woman who assured me they could deliver on the 16th which I asked repeatedly did she realize this was a Sunday. Of course come Monday, still no delivery. I called back on the 17th and the man I got was the most lackadaisical person I've ever talked with in life. He could care less and went on to inform me the delivery wasn't going to occur on the 17th and would now be the 18th. They would refund me 10% and stick in some extra flowers. I contacted my coworker and apologized profusely the flowers were delayed again. I asked her to take a picture of them when she got them. Initially they look fine but she said she could tell the arrangement was not made that day because some of the flowers were wilted. She appreciated the thought but I am very disappointed. The saying "You get what you pay for" speaks in volume. My coworker said most people got their flowers from Shirley's Florist in Trussville, AL which she says is close to where she lives. Not sure who Send Flowers uses but obviously no one with fresh flowers. Going forward I'll do as someone suggested is to cater a meal for the immediate family or send a e-card for a restaurant or something.

This was the absolute WORST flower delivery service I have ever used!!! I purchased Mother's Day Flowers to be delivered to my Mom in Oklahoma Thursday to be delivered Saturday. I received a notification they were delivered on Saturday. When I called my mom on Sunday and asked her if she got the flowers I sent she replied no, I didn't get anything on Mother's Day. How HEARTBREAKING!!! I apologized and immediately called the company. The customer service rep apologized and said they would reach out to the florist to see what happened and they would let me know via email!!! One week later I called my mom and asked if she had received her flowers and she had not. I emailed them a reply to their sorry we are investigating what happened, saying what the heck?? I received an email saying they would send her the flowers tomorrow and I would receive a credit of $12.07 to use on my NEXT purchase?? This is how they treat you after you spend good money with them and they ruined my mother's day

I ordered flowers for a Sunday delivery as they said that this could be done. There was no visitation so sending it on a Sunday was a difficult thing as most florists don't handle it. Well, I get an email this morning stating that "due to time constraints," they were unable to deliver the flowers. The service as at 4 P.M. Sunday afternoon!!! This was for my boss's father who had just passed away. I'm very upset about this - have asked for a refund, which I better get back. I will never use SendFlowers.com ever again!!

Save your time and money company is a joke

First order didn't look like what I ordered at all...second order isn't even on my order history but charged to my a bank. I contacted customer service and was given a tracking number and order # that aren't even legit. Don't use them.

I made two separate orders for mothers day. One order did not match the picture at all, and the other order the flowers were perfect but I ordered a bear with it and the bear was never delivered even though they told me it was. I will not use them ever again. It doesn’t even deserve one star.
