Ordered flowers for son's girlfriend, they randomly "selected" it for confirmation of the information and then cancelled the order. Terrible service, all the support staff had very heavy accents, they were rude and suspicious at best. Stay away.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a hospital in New York City. I was assured they would be delivered the same day and I paid for same-day delivery. This was on July 3. I knew they did not deliver on July 4th and I did not want them to wait two days to get the flowers. At 6pm I called the florist since I had not heard from the recipients and was told that they couldn’t be delivered until the 5th. The reason they gave was because they couldn’t find the arrangement that I had already paid for. It was an adorable little lamb vase. This was the main reason that I chose them because they offered something very cute for brand new parents. The arrangement arrived at the hospital room three hours before they left to go home. The worst part was, though, I paid for the premium package, including the lamb vase, added a cute little new baby Mylar balloon, and what they got was just flowers and the balloon, no cute baby vase at all. Yes, they reduced the price a little. Big deal. This was an important arrangement and they did not come through. Very very disappointing. P.S. I keep getting emails from them saying I haven’t used my $12 credit. Do they really think I would ever order flowers from them again?

I ordered flowers for my daughter to be sent to the hospital. They were not delivered. I paid the up charge for same day delivery. I asked for a total refund. They said 1-3 days we will see if I get refunded.

Liars! I paid for the higher level, upgraded arrangement. What was delivered LATE was the lower, tier 1 level which was anemic and in a way smaller vase, unlike the pictures shown for the higher, more expensive level. Additionally, I paid for same day delivery with a stated time they advertise. They delivered late and beyond the time when the arrangement was to be given to the recipient. In contacting their CHAT, I chatted with 3 agents ALL of whom blamed their local vendor. I did not order from their vendor...I ordered from SendFlowers. I was not even refunded the 50% that I told by the 3rd agent. Bad service, liars. Do not use!

Go out of business please!! You didn't deliver flowers for a funeral and you were given 2 days notice. You should let people know if you are not capable of doing your job! When called you said you would deliver to a different address the following day ---well that didn't happen either. Only to find out you might deliver sometime in the future when it is convenient.

Wish I would have read the reviews prior to using, it's true, a 1 star is too much (and after I submitted a review of 1 star, it changed to 3). Never got my flowers delivered which were for my wife for our anniversary. I had them scheduled to arrive a day early and paid extra and after two days of calling and being told they would check on it, call me back (they never did), I requested a refund. Unsure if I will actually get the money back but please do not use them - they deserve to go out of business.

AWFUL service !!! My delivery was for June 17 , that day I tracked my order and it said it was delayed , until Next day , I called costumer service and they told me they were not responsible of the delivery . Long story short …. The delivery was done until June 21st . Obviously the flowers were horrible, it had a chocolate box as well, and chocolates were MELTED !!!. And they told me that they were going to make me a total refund , which I did not receive as well. NEVER NEVER EVER use this site please .!!

This place is a joke. I ordered a small stuffed bear with small balloons to be sent to my daughter after she had her baby. They received an ugly blue rabbit with 12 large Mylar balloons! The rabbit looked like it came from the dollar store. When I called, they apologized and said the correct order would be sent the next day. ( she’s now home). It has been 8 days since she had her baby. Every day I get an email apologizing the delivery won’t be there. Last phone call I was told they can’t even find anywhere that has the Bear to deliver. Unbelievable. I’m supposed to be getting a refund. We’ll see.
