Seriously? They sounded legit. I wish I had read reviews. They advertise as quick, easy, reliable, and reasonable. I got the fresh pick flowers just to be sure they were really nice. They charged 6.99 extra for a vase. Really? How else would you send flowers? In a tangled clump? The price still seemed semi comparable, so I did it anyway. I wanted my sis to have really nice fresh flowers. Life has been really rough for her. Delivery at $18 dollars was twice that of the local florist, and was only available two days later. Unless you wanted to pay more. Still, if they were extra nice, it ...might be worth it. We may not ever know as they have not arrived-- even a day later than scheduled. Ugh! Likely will cancel payment and go with a local florist. Shoulda, woulda, coulda. They did arrive, though a day later than the already too long, and were pretty. Worth the $65? Doubtful. Worth the stress? Nope.

Do yourself a favor and don't order from this flower shop. It’s the worst online. As a virtual assistant, I ordered flowers two days before my client's cousin's birthday to surprise her, as requested by my client. I paid and was charged, so I assumed everything was fine. However, things took a turn for the worse. I don't frequently check my email, and on the day of the birthday, I received a notification that my order was on hold and required a phone call to confirm details. Seriously? I ordered online for convenience, and they want me to call? I wish I had checked the shop’s reviews before ordering. This shop is terrible! I never experience this kind of hassle with other online flower shops.

First they did not deliver on the promised date. And when they were going to delivery two days later, they were going to substitute what I ordered. They did cancel my order and issue a refund.

I ordered flowers from them online to be delivered August 2 they were never delivered. I called them up and asked them where the flowers were. They said they did not deliver them yet.they said I’ll get them out on August 3. They were for a funeral that started at 11 AM on for august 3 and they stated they won’t have them delivered until the evening time so what was the point of getting the flowers if it was for a funeral after a funeral so I asked them and they still stated they’ll get them out then they offered to reimburse me $5.60 when the flowers were more then that but that’s not the point so I said what good is that gonna do The flowers were for a family members funeral, so to make this short the flowers were never delivered for the funeral so the question is, would you get your flowers from them? I wouldn’t recommend it.

Don’t buy anything from them, they advertise the product one way but when you receive it you can tell they went to the dollar store to make the baskets. I ordered Premium chocolate and snacks, but they received a bunch of mixed nuts and some chocolates I never heard of. I also paid for 20 box of chocolates and they sent some penny candy box of chocolates. Next time I’ll know to put a basket together myself, I paid $150 for crap. I will never use this company again.

The first order was initially delayed. Then they informed me that they were unable to fill that order so I'd have to get boxed flowers. The sales rep then ordered the wrong item from what I chose so I had to place a 3rd order. None have been refunded yet, so I have $130 extra order on my card. To top I off, the third order didn't have my original promo code, so I was still overcharged by $12. Never again will I shop here.

Do not wasted your time the good reviews are fake !! Horrible experience!! I ordered a bouquet and balloons…. I get a email a couple hours later they don’t have the flowers so they’re going to “substitute “ it for something “similar” can’t send me any photos till done . So that was the first red flag . Next couple hours later again they don’t have my balloons so substituting for more “flowers” instead of another balloon or bear or something . So I asked for a bear or a different ballon and got told I’d have to cancel my order and RE ORDER SMH ! So basically the whole order will be a different and a surprise to me and the person I ordered from smh . They rufused to just substitute the balloon out for a different one . Kept telling me my order would be “similar “ not what I order which is bs cuz it’s missing a balloon . The money I spent should now all I would have gotten was flowers and not even followers I ordered . The photos you see on their webpage isn’t their actually bouquets that they sell . If u want a trust worth place 1800-flowers is worth all the money !!

I ordered 2 dozen Yellow Roses for a very good friend of mine for her Birthday. She recieved roses that were a hybrid of yellow and red. Distinctly not what I ordered. They sent out a replacement order of the same exact flowers. 2nd strike. When I called to ask for a refund I was told the best they could was 30%. I took it because I was tired of dealing with them. They refunded $11.41 on a $53.00 order. I guess you can see the issue! I will not ever use them again nor would I ever suggest them to anyone I know.
