They are terrible. Please do not order from them!! I ordered specific flowers for a special occasion to be delivered on a specific day! After I ordered and paid for the flowers, they said that they couldn’t deliver those specific flowers and would have a substitute! Then on the delivery day they informed me that the flowers couldn’t be delivered on the special day! I cancelled and they reimburse me the money, but not good enough! It ruined the special day! Do not order from them!

I can't think of a worse experience with anything. Sold me something to be delivered same day, late in the day sent an email saying it would come tomorrow, then the next day, send me an email they can't find someone to fulfill the order. Really? So bad. This was a timely need to comfort a friend and they totally let me down. Why would you sell me something you cannot fulfill? Called Customer Service, ZERO help. And ZERO ability to help. How are these people in business?

Absolutely horrible. I was so embarrassed and disappointed by what was delivered to my cousin, I wished I hadn't sent anything. I spent 115.00 on what looked on the website like a nice bouquet. I was well aware that many of these places will not send anything as nice as the picture if you choose the cheapest grade, so I spent for the highest grade which said it was supposed to be even more beautiful and full than the picture. That was an absolute total lie. If I could, I would attach the photo of what she actually received. It looked worse than a cheap 20.00 bouquet from Walmart. Will never order from them again.

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. My uncle passed away in another state. I wanted a arrangement they advertised. They switched it sent me a notice by email that they did I had no idea what they sent. I flew in for my uncles wake. I was so embarrassed it looked like weeds in a jelly jar! I wish they sent me a picture of what they were sending.I called when I got home all they want to do is send me a fourteen dollar voucher toward another purchase. Are you kidding I would never buy another thing from them!!!!!! Awful!

They are a scam. Ordered poinsettia in a wicker pot. They said it was delivered yesterday. Never was. Then said they would send an upgraded version today, said it was delivered again. But yet again. Never arrived. I am disappointed and mad.

Never buy from them! I should have read the reviews but I didn’t so lesson learned! Flowers were never delivered on day I selected to only be told oh tomorrow they will be delivered, which never happened. Had to argue for my refund which the price I paid for them you think they would have better service! So disappointed! Buyer be careful!!!

Very unprofessional and rude customer service. I was charged 2 delivery fees that totaled 25.00. My order was late and I was never provided a delivery confirmation within 24 hours of delivery. I will never order from this place again! I have unsubscribed from their website.

If it wasn't for the fact that my mom was happy to receive a bouquet on her birthday I would be giving this review the one star definitely. There were multiple issues! First off the delivery driver didn't even bother to knock on the door or ring the doorbell they just left it on the porch in the sun and if it wasn't for the fact that I got a delivery email nobody would have known it was there. Second problem the arrangement looked absolutely nothing like the photo! I picked this particular one because the arrangement was filled with all of my mom's favorite colors shades of pink and burgundy and it was beautiful along with the vase. Also going back to the first problem because it was sitting out on the porch after I received the email and had to go get the arrangement myself off of her porch and hand it to her myself and that's when I noticed that the arrangement they gave me wasn't even fresh the majority of the flowers were brittle and falling apart. It honestly looks like they went to the nearest grocery store bought something out of the store and put in a vase!!! My mom was happy because it was a birthday gift for her but I feel like she would have been even more happy had it been the arrangement that I ordered with all her favorite colors in it, I will not be using this service again.
