SENA CasesReviews of senacases.com

Finely crafted and functionally perfected!!

As always, great quality and fit.

Still waiting for case to arrive!!

Sena comes through yet again! I’ve been buying SENA cases for a while now. I get them for myself and my wife when we get new iPhones. The quality of each case is superb, as is the styling. I do wish the Classic Wallet case that I recently purchased came in a few more colors and in the crocodile grain that used to be available, but I’m still happy with the one I got, which was for an iPhone 11.

as usual, first class quality from Sean - have used them for years for my iPhone cases and/or belt clips.

I love this case. It's handsome and the kickstand is very functional. Very satisfied.

I purchased a case for my iPhone 11 pro max and love everything about it, except for the huge 3" scuff that came on it. Scuff, not scratch. It looks like a buffing wheel hit it really hard. If this review would let me post pictures, I would. So I called the 1-800 number for SENA cases online and spoke to someone in customer service who explained to me, "these cases are made of heritage series leather and to just rub the blemish and the oil from your hands will make it go away". I have many leather products, and I know oil makes things better. I sent pictures of the scuffed case to the address they gave me. I was later sent a message telling me they would contact me within two days, I assumed for a resolution to this problem. That was a week ago, so I guess their quality control department was okay with the pictures of the obviously scuffed not scratched case. Not very happy.

Terrible customer service
