The shipping experience and the customer service were both EXCELLENT! I will certainly use Sell That Cell the next time I have a trade in. They also offer way more then I would have gotten anywhere else.

The process was very easy! I just printed the label, scheduled the pickup from my mailbox, it went straight through to the company and I got my money. There was a delay in updating that my package had been received, but when I asked about it I got a couple of updates from very kind workers and all was well. Got a good price and the money transfered just in time to save me a fee. Would use again!

I recently came across this company. Wish I would have found them sooner. But now I know. Quick and easy process. And money sent to your app of choice. Will recommend to other people.

We sent an old phone back, after they got it and inspected it, they text to confirm the amount and payment method, we had the money in minutes. This was a super fast, easy experience!
