SellozoReviews of sellozo.com

Sellozo is very helpful in bring my business to the next level with helping me strategizes my campaigns to make every dollar count in my advertizing. Their programs are also great in helping me see what is performing we'll and profitable.

Frustrated that they are taking double payment every single month even though I've already contacted them about this error. They said at the time that they will refund me and sort it out however I'm still being charged twice every month and still no refund! I would advise that you check your bank account every month to make sure you are charged the correct amount. UPDATE: Instead of owning up to a mistake, they said it was correct that I was being charged twice as I have the EU & US marketplaces setup. Before I signed up I had specifically asked if all marketplaces were included in the single price to which I was told it would be, yet somehow they decided on their own to charge me double without even informing me? UPDATE: They have now refunded me but only because I left this review and they want me to remove it. However I think it is important for other customers to be aware of this situation. I Can't trust a company with this kind of practice so I decided to cancel my account with them. As for the platform, it is more complicated than it needs to be. The UI needs polishing and the algorithms for bid changes have not been that great. It's missing simple things like the campaign name of the keyword in the log. Instead they provide a random ID which is of no use. If it wasn't for the payment issues I could have given it more time to see how it goes. I have been with Sellics for many years and that was a great platform but they are no longer operating.

In the past I have worked with larger, more expensive agencies to develop and execute our Amazon Advertising strategy but Sellozo has given us more attention and expertise for a much more reasonable fee. Chris Ford, our account manager, is an all-star and Grayson before him was excellent as well. Sellozo is very transparent about how they operate and their reporting tool is very comprehensive. Mostly, though, I feel they care about our business - they want to learn it and they are good listeners, but they also bring fresh ideas. In the end it's about return on spend, and Sellozo delivers. I have worked with several similar companies and this is my best experience by far.

I've been working with Sellozo for over a year and have seen drastic improvements from the beginning. I was hesitant at first because I've worked with other like companies in the past and always fell short. The Sellozo team has been professional and attentive of my issues and have seen growth every month since our partnership. Highly recomend!

Jack from Sellozo has been awesome. We have the managed ads service and our sales have been doing great and only getting better. Every week we go over cutting back on wasted spend and new strategies to capture more sales! Just amazing and a real difference maker.

I have been using Sellozo for since 2020 and absolutely love the platform for optimizing my Amazon PPC Campaigns. In addition to the incredible technology their service is 10 STARS! Recently received an email and call from Kyle who is a product specialist with awesome product knowledge and he helped guide me to make my campaigns and Ad dollars even more effective.

Sellozo changed my client's business for the better drastically improving Acos with their bidding tools. Not only is the platform great but the onboarding team is also great and helps you set up properly. You are never alone in set up and strategy of your Amazon PPC campaigns.
