Frustrated that they are taking double payment every single month even though I've already contacted them about this error. They said at the time that they will refund me and sort it out however I'm still being charged twice every month and still no refund! I would advise that you check your bank account every month to make sure you are charged the correct amount. UPDATE: Instead of owning up to a mistake, they said it was correct that I was being charged twice as I have the EU & US marketplaces setup. Before I signed up I had specifically asked if all marketplaces were included in the single price to which I was told it would be, yet somehow they decided on their own to charge me double without even informing me? UPDATE: They have now refunded me but only because I left this review and they want me to remove it. However I think it is important for other customers to be aware of this situation. I Can't trust a company with this kind of practice so I decided to cancel my account with them. As for the platform, it is more complicated than it needs to be. The UI needs polishing and the algorithms for bid changes have not been that great. It's missing simple things like the campaign name of the keyword in the log. Instead they provide a random ID which is of no use. If it wasn't for the payment issues I could have given it more time to see how it goes. I have been with Sellics for many years and that was a great platform but they are no longer operating.

My Acos has never been worse even while I was managing my campaigns on my own. In fact, the sellozo campaign, which they supposedly spawn off good exact keywords on their own, and that was supposed to be getting the best results were getting the worst at over 90% ACOS. Overall ACOS from all campaigns were almost 64%, which is a big profit LOSS for me, not an improvement. Horrible waste of money

If you don't understand the products you sell and have no idea how to advertise them then Sellozo will do it for you and charge you for it. No thanks. Set up your own advertising and skip giving your money away every month.

Don't waste your money on this company. It is a poorly written software and customer service representatives are unprofessional!!!
