Great experience. I’ve been through like 4 other sites and they nick you any where they can. This place didn’t! Thank you and found my go to spot.

Stay far away from this “business”. Also, sellmycellphones.com is the same con artist. I just spent over 2 weeks dealing with this con shop. DO NOT USE! I listed my phone as flawless which it definitely was. After their “inspection “ it was determined to be “fair”. Offer went from $340 to $208. Really! The only reason I was cordial in my contact with Daniel was so I didn’t totally lose my phone. I ended up settling for $250 so I could end the BS. The business names listed above will be reported to BBB and the Roselle, NJ DA office since this is where the phones are received. I had the Roselle police department on stand by to open a theft investigation and I had already spoken to my local police department in Georgia, where I shipped from, on my next moves to deal with the situation. Daniel, don’t even try and rebuke this review with lies. I will upload every message we’ve had for 2 weeks. Being in law enforcement myself for 27 years, you learn how to deal with cons. TRUTHFULLY, I’d never send anything out upfront anymore and expect to trust anyone.

Don’t trust them. They tried to offer 1/3 of the original offer which I rejected. Now they won’t reply to emails or pick up the phone as I need them to send my iPhone 12 mini back.

They've had some issues but after all a very good service provided by "The Man" Daniel on helping me get it resolved. It's been 10 days since I shipped my phone out they received it on the 17th have yet received an offer or any information. I thought this was going to be an easy process and have at least an offer within 24 hours of receiving it. I would really appreciate some answers. This is why I'm giving this a 1 star

The initial quote looked good, but after they inspected my phone, the payout was much less. No clear explanation was given, and it felt unfair.
