Hi Christina, We’re very sorry for the frustration and delay you experienced. I personally reviewed your case and want to clarify what happened. The revised offer of about 1/3 of the original quote was issued because all three devices were still under a financial obligation at the time of inspection. Devices that still have a balance owed cannot qualify for the full quoted value, which is explained in our trade-in terms before submission. You declined the revised offer, and your return should have been processed promptly. Unfortunately, the agent originally assigned to your case is no longer with our team, and this caused an unacceptable delay. That part is completely on us and we sincerely apologize.
