I hate to think where our Amazon Business would be without Nhan and the team at Seller Labs. Specifically their knowledge with AI and the continued changes with AI is necessary to stay competitive.

We run an Amazon agency and 3PL managing hundreds of brands, so we are tough on any tool that touches our data. Seller Labs has become the source of truth we build everything on. Our profitability, PPC, inventory, and reporting all pull from it, and the numbers actually reconcile, which was never true of the pile of exports we used before. Being able to pull campaign, search-term, and account data directly instead of stitching spreadsheets together by hand has made our team a lot faster, and it has helped us catch wasted ad spend and inventory risks we would have missed otherwise. The team behind it is also responsive. When we flag a gap or an issue, it actually gets looked at and fixed. That matters a lot when a tool sits at the center of how you operate. If you are a serious Amazon seller or agency tired of reporting that never quite agrees with itself, this is worth consolidating onto.

If you have visions of taking your ecommerce game to the next level you cannot scale on old or incorrect data messy data. And this is especially true if you sell on Amazon. You could spend endless hours pulling reports, uploading, sifting, combining but the moment your pivot table breaks or Amazon makes changes it all falls apart. Save the time and effort for making better decisions with timely and accurate data. This is what reinforces or shoots down your theories about customer demand, margins, ad spend, fees as well as other important aspects that power your business. Zero hesitation to recommend them to any business or agency looking to level up and create a bigger moat. Just so nobody thinks this is glowing AI written fake review here's the one thing still missing - Amazon Business data for ads. Our fix to that challenge is to pull that data from the Amazon API ourselves, for now.

There is no way to speak to someone here. They changed my subscription account level without notifying me and charged me almost 10X times more per month. I luckily caught it and chatted with them but could not get anyone on the phone. It's not the correct way to do business.

Avoid. Makes it unnecessarily hard to cancel. Might have gotten some value from their service, but this kind of tactic should not be rewarded in business. It should not take 15 minutes of my day to cancel a recurring payment.

Just signed up with Seller Labs. So far the experience has been great. Customer service and software are working. So good sign. Hope they deliver.
